Ingredients
- 2 1/4 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups + 4 tablespoons whole wheat flour or 2 cups regular flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix together dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Add the wet ingredients into the bowl.
- Bake in an 8"x8" pan for about 35 minutes.
