Make a tasty brunch quick

Ingredients
(To serve four)
- 4 bagels (in half)
- 6 eggs
- 50-60ml milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Knob of butter
- 4 slices of ham/smoked salmon
- Juice (opt)
Steps
- Carefully crack all the eggs into your jug. Fish out any broken egg shell pieces.(cordless egg beater)
- Beat the using the fork. Keep beating until the yolks are broken and you can't see any more of the clear white. Add in the salt, pepper and milk. Stir it all together and put it to one side.
- Toast the bagels one at a time. When the are finished, keep them in the oven, set to a low heat.
- Melt the butter in the saucepan (over medium heat.)
- When the butter is finished, pour in the the jug mixture. Stir with the wooden spoon. The eggs should begin to cook and set, so keep stirring to stop them sticking.
- When your eggs are light, fluffy and there is no runny egg left in the pan, remove them from the heat. Be careful not to drop it.
- Remove the bagels from the oven. Place the bottom half of each bagel on the plates. Spoon about 1/4 of the egg mixture onto the bagel.
- Put a slice of smoked salmon/ham on top of the eggs. Pop the top of each bagel back on.
- Add a glass of orange juice (opt).
- Serve!
Tips
- If you want more then four, just keep adding more of each.
